Job Summary:

Scalesforth is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes, supporting the shipping, receiving, and organization of products. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the receiving, unloading, and sorting of incoming inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Perform routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery (training will be provided as needed).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes.
• Help with the processing of returns and damaged goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills (for inventory management and order processing).
• Forklift certification or the willingness to be trained (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the teams success.

Experience:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Part-time position with flexible hours.
• Shifts available on weekdays and weekends.
• Shift times may vary based on business needs, with the possibility of overtime during peak periods.
