Job Summary

Amazon is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Warehouse team in Canada. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from home and on-site as required. Key Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct inventory checks and update records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Support inbound and outbound shipment activities, including quality checks and product sorting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with Amazons safety guidelines.
• Utilize Amazons proprietary software for tracking orders and inventory management.
• Provide remote support to the warehouse team by handling administrative tasks and communicating with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods (when on-site).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

• Entry-level to mid-level roles are available, depending on qualifications and work experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided to help new hires adapt to Amazons processes and standards.

Working Hours

• Flexible work schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Hybrid work setup with occasional in-office requirements.
