Job Summary

Amazon is looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our fast-paced team on the day shift. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders that are delivered to customers. You will be responsible for general warehouse duties, including sorting, packaging, and moving products within our fulfillment center. Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship products from the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (with appropriate training).
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are moved to appropriate areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while adhering to safety standards.
• Support the inventory process, ensuring that stock levels are maintained accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, using proper equipment when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills to track and document warehouse activities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience required; however, candidates with experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor are a plus.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus (training will be provided).

Working Hours

• Full-time day shift position.
• Shifts typically run from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility depending on warehouse needs.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on the volume of work.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
