Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing timely orders.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and various departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for all office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Customer and Employee Interaction
- Greet visitors and ensure they receive a warm, professional welcome.
- Assist in resolving inquiries and requests from staff, clients, and partners.
Event Coordination
- Organize company events, training sessions, and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional events or urgent tasks outside standard working hours.

- Familiarity with basic accounting and financial processes (budgeting, invoicing, etc.).
