Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
Experience
- No prior work experience required; however, experience in a recruitment or HR internship will be advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
