Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning by performing regular checks and reporting any malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients, answering queries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
• Complete logs and reports of vehicle use, including maintenance, fuel usage, and mileage, accurately and on time.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear and adhering to company and city guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, city routes, and geography.
• Ability to operate a variety of motor vehicles, including light-duty vehicles and trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ability to handle unforeseen circumstances and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine inspections.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience in a commercial or public transportation role.
• Previous experience operating motor vehicles in urban environments is preferred.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.

Working Hours:
