  • Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved and provide additional assistance if necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially in fast-paced situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with preference for experience in the travel or airline industry.
  • Previous experience in remote roles or working from home is highly preferred.
