Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using Apple products and familiar with Apples ecosystem.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and new technologies.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours and working from home.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues or providing support for consumer electronics is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time/part-time remote position.
