Job Summary:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote or work-from-home setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.) and software (iOS, macOS, etc.) is highly desirable.
