Flipkart, one of India leading e-commerce giants, is looking for dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our customer service team. This is a work-from-home role, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of Flipkart mission to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in engaging with Flipkart customers, resolving their queries, and promoting our products and services in a professional and friendly manner. You will work remotely, interacting with customers through phone calls and assisting with everything from product information to resolving post-purchase issues.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers, offering product information, solving issues, and providing details about ongoing promotions and deals.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Flipkart products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by cross-selling and upselling products based on customer preferences.
- Database Management: Update customer records, manage call logs, and ensure accuracy of information entered into the system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Positive attitude, patience, and resilience to handle challenging situations.
- Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a functional computer or smartphone.
- Quiet and dedicated workspace to ensure optimal call quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Flipkart.
- Sales experience, especially in telemarketing or customer support.
