Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring prompt solutions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions to uphold Amazon high service standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, or BPO roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
