Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on advanced analytics, data analysis, and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven track record of driving actionable insights and business improvements through data.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on analytics, data science, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing advanced analytics solutions across business units.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven projects.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior analysts is a plus.
