Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistants to join our dynamic logistics team in Singapore. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, picking and packing, and maintaining an organized storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack items according to order specifications for dispatch.
• Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required (training provided).
• Malaysian citizenship is required for this role.

Experience

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates or individuals seeking entry-level roles are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Standard shifts:
  • Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night shift allowance provided).

• Basic computer skills for inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
