Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
  • Experience with customer service, data entry, or office management is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a remote work environment is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to set your schedule within a standard range of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • The role is remote, but timely communication and availability during business hours are required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in remote work (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
  • Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
