Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality by implementing data validation techniques and troubleshooting issues.
• Create and manage data models to improve reporting and business intelligence processes.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power BI solutions to ensure efficient performance.
• Collaborate with other developers, data engineers, and business analysts to design and implement analytics solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Document all processes, workflows, and code to ensure smooth handover and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Monitor the effectiveness of reports and dashboards, making improvements as needed based on feedback from users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and technologies to continuously enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI service.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Experience with data integration from various sources (Excel, SQL, cloud services, etc.).
• Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience in designing and developing data models and dashboards for business reporting.
• Proven track record of working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Prior experience working remotely or with distributed teams is a plus.
