Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (Night Shift) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers via chat in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly via live chat.
- Resolve product or service-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide real-time solutions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for solving problems.
- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or chat support role is preferred (1-2 years).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time night shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays, if required.
