Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (Night Shift) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers via chat in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working during night hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly via live chat.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide real-time solutions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for solving problems.
  • Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer support or chat support role is preferred (1-2 years).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time night shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays, if required.
