Job Summary:

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (preferred).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience handling chat support, email support, and live customer interactions is a plus.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a bonus.

Working Hours:
