Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. - Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and resolution time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or upset customers.
- Proficiency with customer support software, chat platforms, and email systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A high degree of empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills (preferred).
- Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support, customer care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience handling chat support, email support, and live customer interactions is a plus.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a bonus.
Working Hours:
