Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment (combination of in-office and remote work).
- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role preferred.
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote setting is a plus.
- Experience with handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving complex issues.
