Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Phone Banking Officer to join our team in an International BPO environment. This position involves managing customer queries, providing banking services, and offering solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service in line with the companys values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding banking services.
- Provide information on products and services, assist with account inquiries, transactions, and resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
- Process and validate transactions related to banking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quick and effective resolutions for customers.
- Promote new products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in performing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mentality.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment is preferred.
- Experience in phone banking or financial services is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts, including night shifts, with rotating schedules.
- Full-time position with the possibility of part-time options based on business needs.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as per the schedule.
