Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team. This position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or freelance opportunities. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating, editing, and reviewing high-quality medical and scientific content. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, researchers, and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write a variety of medical documents, including clinical trial protocols, study reports, manuscripts, regulatory submissions, and patient education materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and regulatory affairs professionals, to ensure accurate and consistent medical content.
- Ensure all documents adhere to regulatory guidelines, including ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant authorities.
- Review and edit documents for clarity, grammar, consistency, and formatting to maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct literature reviews and integrate evidence-based information into documents.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the creation of medical content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Masters or Doctoral degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical writing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using medical writing software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Writer in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare.
- Experience in writing regulatory submission documents, clinical study reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Familiarity with the publication process and working with academic journals is a plus.
Working Hours
