Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and understand customer needs and objectives.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept sessions for customers.
• Provide hands-on guidance during the deployment and integration of solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and recommend enhancements.
• Document technical workflows, FAQs, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical acumen, with proficiency in cloud technologies, APIs, and software integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
• Background in SaaS or tech-based industries is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with availability during core business hours in your region.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or team events.
