Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Offer travel advice, such as route planning, baggage information, and upgrades.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process refunds, changes, and special requests in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight schedules, company policies, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized while working remotely.

Experience:
