Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to meet the airline’s health requirements.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience
- No prior cabin crew experience required; this is a trainee program suitable for fresh graduates or individuals seeking a career change into aviation.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
Working Hours
- Rotational schedules including day, night, weekend, and public holiday flights.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours based on flight assignments.
- Full-time commitment during the training period; post-training schedules may vary according to operational needs.
