Job Summary
MindCare DK is a leading provider of innovative mental health services dedicated to supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and self-driven Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic remote team. As part of MindCare DK, you will work closely with clients experiencing various psychological challenges, offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, assessments, and mental health support. This is a fully remote role, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients in need of care and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical findings.
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and groups, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and other mental health conditions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, case managers, and families to ensure holistic care and continuity of support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Stay updated with advancements in clinical psychology and incorporate best practices into therapeutic interventions.
- Participate in peer supervision, case reviews, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a clinical psychologist (depending on jurisdiction).
- Proven experience delivering psychotherapy in clinical or community settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centered approach to care.
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks in a remote working environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families.
- Previous experience in remote therapy or telehealth is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Flexible schedules to accommodate client needs and time zones.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability required based on client appointments.
- Self-managed time with periodic team meetings and supervision sessions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret assessments and design interventions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy software, digital communication tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Awareness of ethical considerations, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in a remote setting.
