Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews.


• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical findings.


• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and groups, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and other mental health conditions.


• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.


• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, case managers, and families to ensure holistic care and continuity of support.


• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations.


• Stay updated with advancements in clinical psychology and incorporate best practices into therapeutic interventions.


• Participate in peer supervision, case reviews, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.


• Valid license or certification to practice as a clinical psychologist (depending on jurisdiction).


• Proven experience delivering psychotherapy in clinical or community settings.


• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centered approach to care.


• High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.


• Ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks in a remote working environment.


• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical or counseling psychology.
