Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the cabin crew team in delivering outstanding in-flight service to passengers.
  • Learn and support safety protocols, including pre-flight briefings, emergency procedures, and evacuation processes.
  • Observe and participate in passenger handling, check-ins, boarding, and disembarkation procedures.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, orderliness, and comfort standards under guidance.
  • Attend training sessions on customer service, safety compliance, and airline operational procedures.
  • Shadow experienced cabin crew members to gain practical insights into day-to-day operations.
  • Provide support in handling passenger queries and resolving minor concerns under supervision.
  • Participate in team briefings and contribute to fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Basic understanding of airline operations or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required.
  • Previous exposure to hospitality, customer service, or volunteer work is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic candidates with a strong passion for aviation are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts based on flight schedules and training programs.
  • Availability for occasional weekends, early mornings, and evenings as per operational requirements.
  • Full-time commitment for the duration of the internship program (typically 3–6 months).
