QuickMove DK is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Part Time Delivery Assistant to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages, parcels, and goods to customers promptly and safely.
- Verify delivery instructions, addresses, and contents for accuracy.
- Maintain delivery logs, records, and reports for each route.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages efficiently and carefully.
- Ensure all company policies and safety guidelines are followed during deliveries.
- Report any issues, damages, or delays to the delivery supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the QuickMove DK brand experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (if delivering by vehicle) and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 kg safely.
- Basic knowledge of local routes, streets, and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
Experience:
- Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with package handling, route planning, or customer service is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Part-time schedule with flexible hours.
- Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, or evenings depending on operational needs.
- Opportunity to select preferred shifts based on availability.
