Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly and assist them with check-in procedures, including baggage drop, seat selection, and document verification.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, boarding times, and baggage policies.
  • Ensure compliance with airline and airport security protocols.
  • Resolve passenger queries, concerns, and irregularities with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with other teams such as baggage handling, gate staff, and customer service for smooth operations.
  • Manage boarding procedures, verify travel documents, and assist passengers requiring special support.
  • Maintain accurate passenger records and update the airline's system efficiently.
  • Report any irregular incidents or customer feedback to supervisors for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Aviation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with airline booking systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive passenger information confidentially.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
