Key Responsibilities



  • Assist senior pilots and training instructors during flight operations and simulator training sessions.

  • Participate in pre-flight and post-flight checks, including reviewing flight plans, weather reports, and equipment inspections.

  • Learn and apply standard operating procedures, emergency protocols, and communication protocols.

  • Support ground operations by assisting with logistics, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of training hours, flight data, and performance evaluations.

  • Engage in classroom learning modules covering aerodynamics, meteorology, air traffic control, and navigation systems.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and strict adherence to safety regulations and aviation guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong passion for aviation and a desire to become a certified pilot.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and apply them in practical settings.

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on safety procedures.

  • Proficient in using flight planning tools and basic navigation instruments is a plus.

Experience



  • Prior exposure to aviation through academic projects, workshops, or internships is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours



  • Full-time internship with flexible scheduling options based on flight operations and training requirements.

  • Training hours will vary, including early morning or late evening sessions as per operational needs.

  • Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational requirements.
