Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted communication.
- Adaptability to learn new systems, products, and procedures quickly.
Experience
- 1–3 years of customer support experience preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, technology, or service industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in remote or virtual teams is a plus.
Working Hours
