Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our remote counseling team. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and personalized treatment plans to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care while utilizing digital platforms to reach clients in a confidential and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.

  • Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

  • Offer crisis intervention, stress management, and coping strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers.

  • Educate clients and families about mental health, coping mechanisms, and wellness strategies.

  • Stay updated on best practices, research, and developments in psychology and mental health care.

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

  • Participate in training sessions, supervision, and peer consultations to continuously improve service quality.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Licensed or certified as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant region or country.

  • Proven experience in psychological assessment, therapy, and treatment planning.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accountability.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.

  • Understanding of diverse cultural, social, and psychological backgrounds.

  • Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.


Experience



  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical settings, hospitals, private practice, or remote counseling environments.

  • Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief counseling, and stress management preferred.

  • Prior experience working with digital tools and remote counseling services is an asset.


Working Hours



  • Flexible, part-time or full-time options available.
