HealthTrack Systems is seeking a meticulous and reliable Healthcare Data Entry Clerk to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate and organized healthcare records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our healthcare professionals with timely and precise information. Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and healthcare data into company systems.

  • Verify and cross-check data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and departments to clarify discrepancies or missing information.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data regulations.

  • Generate reports as required to support management and operational decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and overall data management efficiency.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM preferred).

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.




Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.

  • Prior experience with medical terminology, healthcare documentation, or EHR systems is highly desirable.




Working Hours



  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
