Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight by adhering to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with seating, in-flight meals, and special requests.

  • Conduct pre-flight briefings and inspections to ensure the aircraft is fully equipped and ready for takeoff.

  • Monitor passenger behavior and respond promptly to any issues or medical emergencies during the flight.

  • Communicate effectively with the flight deck crew to coordinate passenger care and safety measures.

  • Promote SkyWings Airlines’ services and products, enhancing passenger experience and satisfaction.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, serving as an ambassador for the airline.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in hospitality, travel, or related fields is preferred.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.

  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.

  • Physically fit and able to meet airline health and appearance standards.

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.




Experience



  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in multicultural environments or international travel is a plus.




Working Hours



  • This is a full-time position with variable schedules depending on international flight rosters.

  • Long-haul flights may require extended hours, overnight stays, and irregular shifts.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to time zone changes are essential.
