Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight by adhering to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with seating, in-flight meals, and special requests.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and inspections to ensure the aircraft is fully equipped and ready for takeoff.
- Monitor passenger behavior and respond promptly to any issues or medical emergencies during the flight.
- Communicate effectively with the flight deck crew to coordinate passenger care and safety measures.
- Promote SkyWings Airlines’ services and products, enhancing passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, serving as an ambassador for the airline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in hospitality, travel, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
- Physically fit and able to meet airline health and appearance standards.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in multicultural environments or international travel is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with variable schedules depending on international flight rosters.
- Long-haul flights may require extended hours, overnight stays, and irregular shifts.
