Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in hospital settings.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state/country.


• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience will be considered.


• Proven experience in hospital nursing or acute care settings.


• Sound knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures, and healthcare protocols.


• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.


• Proficiency in medical record keeping and healthcare software tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital or clinical settings is required.


• Experience in intensive care, emergency care, or surgical units is an advantage.


• Exposure to patient education, chronic disease management, and post-operative care will be beneficial.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with rotational shifts including day, evening, and night shifts as per hospital requirements.
