Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in hospital settings.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

- Ensure patient safety and infection control by adhering to hospital protocols and best practices.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and medical advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state/country.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in hospital nursing or acute care settings.
- Sound knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures, and healthcare protocols.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and healthcare software tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital or clinical settings is required.
- Experience in intensive care, emergency care, or surgical units is an advantage.
- Exposure to patient education, chronic disease management, and post-operative care will be beneficial.
Working Hours
- Full-time role with rotational shifts including day, evening, and night shifts as per hospital requirements.
