Key Responsibilities



  • Manage emails, schedules, and appointments for clients to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Perform data entry, research, and document preparation tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist with customer support, responding to inquiries, and handling routine communication.

  • Maintain client databases and ensure timely updates and reporting.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and virtual conferences, including follow-ups and reminders.

  • Support marketing initiatives such as social media scheduling, content uploading, and analytics tracking.

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and reporting as required.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.

  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.


Experience



  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.

  • Freelancers, self-starters, and professionals with remote working experience will be highly considered.


Working Hours



  • Flexible, part-time or project-based hours based on client requirements.

  • Availability during core working hours aligned with client locations (time zone coordination required).

  • Ability to manage multiple clients with proper time management and prioritization.
