Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create original illustrations for digital and print platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop visual storytelling that meets client expectations.
- Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and other creative assets that enhance communication and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs as needed.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and resources for efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging design techniques to continually enhance creative output.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic illustration, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
- Experience working on brand identity projects, editorial illustrations, digital campaigns, and multimedia content is a plus.
- Prior freelance or contract work experience is desirable.
Working Hours
- This is a contract position with flexible hours.
- Candidates must be available to coordinate with the team during standard working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday), with periodic review meetings and collaboration sessions.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and provide regular updates is essential.
