Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by adhering to all operational and safety procedures.
- Deliver outstanding in-flight customer service by assisting passengers with needs, providing meal and beverage service, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and briefings, ensuring all passengers are informed about safety protocols.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and pilots to maintain smooth operations during all flight phases.
- Monitor cabin conditions and maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the flight.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and the ground team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with boarding, seating, and disembarkation procedures while providing a warm and reassuring presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; aviation or hospitality training is a plus.
- Valid flight attendant certification or willingness to undergo company-sponsored training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work irregular hours and long shifts.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.
- Must pass background checks, medical evaluations, and security screenings.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation-related roles preferred.
- Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments is a plus.
- First aid and emergency handling experience are desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Rotational shifts with varying flight durations.
- Opportunities for international travel depending on route assignments.

- In-depth knowledge of airline safety and emergency procedures.
- Ability to anticipate passenger needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Fluency in English; additional language skills preferred.
