Job Summary


SurveyLink Canada is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Data Collection Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in collecting and validating data from various online sources to support market research, customer insights, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently while ensuring accuracy and reliability in data gathering processes. Key Responsibilities



  • Collect, compile, and verify data from online platforms, websites, surveys, and databases in accordance with project requirements.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing multiple sources.

  • Input and organize data into structured formats, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in collected data and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with project managers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data collection targets.

  • Follow guidelines and protocols for data security, privacy, and compliance.

  • Provide timely reports on progress and data collection outcomes.

  • Continuously update knowledge of data sources and collection tools.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with internet research methods.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with data entry, online research, or survey platforms is preferred.

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, or other data tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.




Experience



  • Prior experience in data collection, research assistance, or administrative roles is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in customer service, data entry, or content moderation will be an advantage.




Working Hours



  • This is a flexible, work-from-home role that offers autonomy in managing your schedule.

  • Standard expected working hours are 20–40 hours per week.

  • Ability to work during North American business hours is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Shift flexibility depending on project demands and deadlines.
