Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding phase.

  • Guide customers through the implementation process, including setup, integration, and configuration of CloudTech’s SaaS solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve onboarding issues and deliver exceptional service.

  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to enhance product features and improve customer experience.

  • Track onboarding progress using CRM tools, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.

  • Maintain and update knowledge base content, onboarding documentation, and best practices.

  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate as necessary for resolution.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn software products and integrations.




Experience



  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, or hybrid environment is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible working hours within standard business operations.

  • Occasional need to support clients in different time zones, with prior scheduling.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • In-depth understanding of SaaS products and customer onboarding processes.

  • Ability to create onboarding workflows and customer success plans.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

  • Proficiency in software tools, including CRM platforms, communication apps, and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
