Job Summary


BrightFuture Events is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team and manage corporate events from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-profile corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and networking events. This role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and attendees.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations.

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to secure contracts, negotiate rates, and oversee logistics.

  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure timely execution and cost management.

  • Assist in content creation, program development, and event flow planning.

  • Provide on-site management during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Manage attendee registrations, communication, and feedback collection post-event.

  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics to improve future events.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and industry partners.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in corporate event planning and execution (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms).

  • Negotiation and vendor management expertise.

  • Budget planning and cost control skills.

  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and client-facing etiquette.


Experience



  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in coordinating corporate events, conferences, seminars, or similar gatherings.

  • Experience working with diverse teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Prior exposure to virtual or hybrid events is an added advantage.


Working Hours



  • Full-time position with flexible hours as required by event schedules.

  • Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel depending on event timelines and locations.
