Position: Statistical Data Analyst – Tech Startup

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations / Hybrid / Fully Remote Options Available

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 Years (Strong recent graduates will be considered)

Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 per year + Equity Options + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement statistical models to inform product features, marketing campaigns, and user growth strategies
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate insights into action
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis
• Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, and regression analysis to support decision-making
• Build dashboards and visualizations for internal teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to data strategy and best practices in a startup environment

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (Python, R) and SQL
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and predictive modeling
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
