Position: Senior Statistical Analyst – Clinical Research

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations / Hybrid / Remote (per company policy)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years in Biostatistics or Clinical Data Analysis

Salary Range: $95,000–$125,000 per year + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide statistical expertise for the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials and observational studies
• Develop and validate statistical analysis plans (SAPs) in compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, EMA)
• Perform advanced statistical analyses using SAS, R, or other statistical software
• Collaborate with clinical, medical writing, and data management teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Interpret and present statistical results to internal teams, sponsors, and regulatory agencies
• Review case report forms (CRFs), datasets, and programming outputs for quality and compliance
• Mentor junior statisticians and provide technical leadership within projects

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical analysis for clinical trials or biomedical research
• Proficiency in SAS programming (BASE, STAT, MACRO) and familiarity with R preferred
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and regulatory submission requirements
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
