Position: Statistical Analyst

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations / Hybrid / Remote (as per company policy)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–4 Years (Exceptional recent graduates with strong statistical skills will be considered)

Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial, operational, and market datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and maintain statistical models for forecasting, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams (risk, marketing, product) to provide actionable data-driven insights
• Create dashboards and visual reports using BI tools for senior management
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure quality and accuracy
• Apply advanced statistical methods such as regression analysis, time-series modeling, and hypothesis testing
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Proficiency in statistical programming (R, Python, SAS, or SPSS)
• Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• Strong knowledge of probability, statistical inference, and predictive modeling
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
