Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission processes
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads effectively
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to branch growth
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Freshers welcome; experience in sales, counseling, or education is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
