Position: Loan Sales Officer (BFSI) Location: Multiple Locations Across Kerala Experience: Freshers & Experienced CTC: ₹2.50–3.20 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate loan business through branch visits, open market, and referral channels
• Explain loan products, benefits, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers
• Build long-term relationships with customers, business partners, and branch teams
• Manage complete loan processing — from lead generation to documentation and disbursement
• Participate in field marketing activities and promotional events
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR)
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines strictly

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Year of Graduation: 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
• For 2024 graduates or earlier: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler) is mandatory
