Job Overview:

We are conducting a walk-in drive in Bangalore for Technical Support Associates for a leading global IT/BPO company. If you’re tech-savvy, fluent in English, and looking to grow in the tech support domain — walk in with your resume and walk out with an offer!

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech (Any stream with technical skills)
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years in tech/customer support
Skills Required:
- Good spoken English
- Basic understanding of networking, OS (Windows/Mac), software installation, troubleshooting
- Typing speed ≥ 25 WPM
Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK process)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound tech support queries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot basic issues related to internet, software, or devices
Log issues using CRM tools and escalate unresolved cases as needed
Ensure resolution within defined SLAs and provide excellent customer service
Update technical documentation and client communication records
