Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech (Any stream with technical skills)


• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years in tech/customer support

• Log issues using CRM tools and escalate unresolved cases as needed


• Ensure resolution within defined SLAs and provide excellent customer service


• Update technical documentation and client communication records
