Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat)

Location: Bangalore – Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–2 years)


Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a reputed client in Bangalore. This is a walk-in opportunity for freshers or graduates looking to start their career in BPO/customer care.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
  • Languages: Good communication in English; regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu) are a plus
  • Computer Basics: Typing speed ≥ 25 WPM, basic email/chat knowledge
  • Shifts: Day and rotational shifts available (based on client process)
  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice or chat (inbound/outbound)
  • Provide accurate information on products/services
  • Register complaints and follow-up for resolution
  • Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and meet KPIs
  • Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience
