Job Overview:
Delhi Metro is hiring Ticketing Executives to support daily operations at various metro stations across Delhi NCR. This is a public-facing, customer service role ideal for freshers looking for a stable government-sector opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Basic understanding of cash handling, customer service, and computers
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ticketing counters and smart card recharge kiosks
- Assist passengers in purchasing tickets or resolving fare issues
- Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately
- Provide information on routes, timings, and travel rules
- Maintain daily ticketing logs and reports as per guidelines
- Coordinate with station controllers and security staff for smooth operations
