Job Overview:
The Delhi Metro is inviting applications for the post of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA). This role is ideal for 12th pass and graduate freshers interested in a public-facing, stable government-sector job in Delhi’s mass transit system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
- Preferred: Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of computers and communication skills
- Physically and mentally fit for duty at metro stations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with ticketing, smart card recharge, and fare inquiries
- Provide route guidance and support at metro stations and customer helpdesks
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with courtesy and professionalism
- Ensure passenger safety, cleanliness, and queue management
- Coordinate with the station controller and security personnel as needed
