Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for leading BPO companies in Delhi for Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound). If you have good communication skills and are looking to build a career in customer service, this is your chance. 12th pass candidates can apply – no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries
- Provide product/service information clearly and accurately
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Follow scripts and company procedures during customer interaction
- Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in shifts (Day/Night shifts based on process)
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
Job Details:
- Process Type: Voice (Inbound / Outbound / Domestic / International)
- Work Environment: Office-based, supportive team environment
- Languages Required: Hindi (Mandatory); English (Optional for domestic process)
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts / Day shift available for female candidates
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience and process)
