Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with strong project management skills to support our sales operations and help drive client success. This is a remote, part-time opportunity (10 hours per week), ideal for a highly organized individual who can balance administrative tasks with client communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and manage small projects and sales campaigns from initiation to completion
- Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and deadlines
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track
- Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation
- Maintain accurate, organized records and pipelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales assistant, project coordinator, or virtual assistant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication (English required)
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Asana, or CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and customer-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in remote sales or startup environments
- Familiarity with sales funnels, proposals, or email outreach campaigns
- Background in project management or holding a PMP/Agile certification (a plus, not required)
Working Hours & Compensation:
- 12 hours per week, flexible scheduling (with some availability during US/UK working hours preferred)
- Hourly rate: Competitive, based on experience
- Potential for increased hours or full-time role based on performance
